It is the sole responsibility and right of Modelsguru.com to reject or accept members based solely on its own discretion. Those models, sites, businesses or organizations that are denied rights of participation within the community will be notified accordingly through email and may submit for consideration once again in the future.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UPLOADING PHOTOGRPAHS ON THE SITE

By posting my photos online with MODELSGURU.COM, I understand and accept the following terms and conditions :

Photos submitted to MODELSGURU.COM are subject to approval.

All jobs are subject to a 30% agency commission which will be deducted from the payment made by the client for work that I have performed.

I acknowledge that MODELSGURU.COM has made no promises, warranties or guarantees to me, expressed or implied, that I will obtain employment or bookings but only that my photos and stats will be available online to those who wish to view them.

I understand the agency will contact me only if I have a confirmed booking and will not contact me if a client has simply expressed an interest in me or has put me "on hold" or "on option" for a booking.

I understand that website fees are non-refundable once my photos are posted online for the duration mentioned against each membership type namely – Basic, Silver & Gold. I understand that my credit card will not be charged and/or my check will not be cashed if my photos are not approved by MODELSGURU.COM.

I hereby authorize MODELSGURU.COM to use my image, photographs, likeness, stats and any other information necessary in order to promote me and the services of MODELSGURU.COM.
